Upon understanding your needs, we consolidate the elements into a detailed Design Proposal. This document delineates the deliverables, the methodology of execution, and all relevant details. If the proposal aligns with your expectations, we proceed to the next step with a Design Contract.

2. Measurement Appointment

It starts with understanding your tastes, your lifestyle, and your aspirations. And we do just that. We kick off every project with a meticulous measurement appointment, where Kelly Kirk introduces you to our skilled building designer who captures the essence of your space. Next, our selection coordinator dives deep into your pantheon of preferences—curating a palette that mirrors your envisioned aesthetic. And then, the estimator snaps it all together, transforming pixels into reality.

3. Schematic Floor Plan

We get together and present a few options of what your space could look like. The idea behind this meeting is to get your creative juices flowing. Every floor plan will have a conceptual price with it, that way you know what you are agreeing to. We remain transparent. We will warry all options together, until we get to the floor plan that is yours.

4. Thoughtful Selection Process

Your preferences matter. Join our Selections Coordinator for a scrupulous selection process where every detail, from tiles to paint, countertops to cabinets, is carefully chosen to align with your personal brand and budget.

5. Finer Details

Pun intended, we nail down the specifics. Do you want your bathroom fan to turn on with your light or separately? Do you need a cup for your robust collection of Stanley cups? Or do you want to make sure we have 16 outlets in your bathroom for all of your hair styling tools? We need to know. We’re getting intimate with the details and questions.

6. Trade Assessment and Scope Finalization:

To ensure accuracy in the project scope and budget, our team, post-selection, evaluates your space, identifies needs, takes final measurements, and addresses potential concerns. This comprehensive approach helps us finalize the Construction Contract.

7. Internal Meeting

Everyone involved in your project comes together for an immersive and thorough meeting where we make sure every detail clicks like a perfectly-tuned symphony. We're scrutinizing every choice, every cost estimate, every nook and cranny on your floor plan, to ensure seamless coherence and zap away any chance of misunderstandings.  With multiple sets of eyes, we guarantee that your proposal is thoroughly reviewed before delivery.

8. Proposal Review

This is the moment of truth, where we present you with the final fixed price. Up until now, all the work we've collaborated on transforms into a comprehensive proposal. Here, you have the power to add, edit, and even delete anything to ensure we're on the same page. We'll also provide you with a rough idea of the schedule, so you'll know exactly how long we'll be living in your house with you—more importantly, when we'll be done. Once we reach a point where both parties are thrilled, we'll seal the deal with a construction contract, marking the exciting beginning of our next steps together.

9. Permitting and Pre-Construction Meeting

Our team will pull all the permits as you sit back and relax. As we wait for permits to clear, we conduct a Pre-construction Meeting. Here, you meet your assigned Project Manager, and together, we customize the game plan to meet your specific needs. You will also gain access to Job Tread for real-time schedule and project updates. We will also go through site specifics like where are putting the dumpster and the portable toilet, and what day of week and time will your standing weekly meeting with your project manager be held.

10. Building the Dream

During construction we want you to stay involved and meet your project manager on site once per week to ensure we’re all on the same page. We’ll make sure our trade partners are running efficiently and smoothly with everything they need to do their jobs and do it to our standards. During the project you’ll have daily logs of all the activity that happened that day, a look ahead of what’s to come, and any hiccups or delays that might have happened. We try our best to control the weather, but sometimes rain gets in our way.
